Director David Cronenberg has wrapped filming on his horror movie The Shrouds.
Cronenberg, who directed films such as The Fly and Crimes of the Future, began production on The Shrouds in mid-May in Toronto. “Karsh, an innovative businessman and grieving widower, builds a device to connect with the dead inside a burial shroud,” reads the film’s logline.
A month after production began, the 80-year-old director wrapped the film. There is no set release date.
Who is in The Shrouds cast?
The film will star Vincent Cassel as the lead character. It will also star Guy Pearce, Diane Kruger, Sandrine Holt, Elizabeth Saunders, Jennifer Dale, Matt Willis, and Steve Switzman. Kruger replaced Léa Seydoux in her role.
