Many feel that it might be a hacking incident, while others speculate it might be related to the promotion of his upcoming film, Animal. Some might consider this act as a ‘Mr. India’ move by the actor. Adding to the mystery, his daughter Sonam Kapoor reacted with a screenshot of his profile and she said, “Dad?!!”

Anil Kapoor was recently seen attending the screening of Ganapath after Jackie Shroff invited him. Anil and Jackie share a long association and friendship, as they have done several movies together including Parinda and Ram Lakhan. A few days ago, the film’s team released a new poster of Ranbir Kapoor’s upcoming movie Animal, revealing Anil Kapoor’s first look as Balbir Singh. The actor also shared the poster on his Instagram, announcing that he will be portraying Ranbir Kapoor’s father’s character in the film. The poster features him in a bruised appearance, dressed in a blue outfit, and seated on a chair.
The theatrical release of Animal is scheduled for December 1, 2023.
