Following former AEW star Ethan Page‘s shocking debut, he sent a message to NXT Champion Trick Williams. Page concluded the latest edition of WWE NXT by attacking Trick Williams and revealing himself as the mysterious attacker.
For weeks, Meta-Four members, including Noam Dar and recently Oro Mensah, were targeted by a mysterious attacker. Trick Williams, who has been in conflict with the faction, was suspected of being the mysterious assailant. However, Williams denied being the attacker targeting the Meta-Four members.
Following the main event match on WWE NXT, Meta-Four member Lash Legend confronted Trick Williams about the attacker. However, the lights went out, and Williams was attacked by none other than Ethan Page. Page revealed himself as the man behind the attacks on the members of Meta-Four and held Williams’ NXT Championship. After attacking Williams, Ethan Page messaged Williams by mocking his famous catchphrase “Whoop That Trick” on X (formerly Twitter) with his own words.
As the show ended, Ethan Page was seen holding the NXT Championship, indicating his aim for the NXT gold. Thus, Trick Williams might have Page as his next title challenger in WWE NXT.
