A-Max brand spot for its 2024-2025 slate has revealed the first looks at shows such as The Last of Us Season 2, IT: Welcome to Derry, and more.
The short video begins by highlighting upcoming 2024 HBO and Max Original shows such as The Penguin, Dune: Prophecy, Creature Commandos, and Industry Season 3. Then the second half features brand new footage of the 2025 slate, and there’s some great stuff for fans of certain franchises to pore over.

Max brand spot shows The Last of Us Season 2 and More
Our first glimpse of The Last of Us Season 2 teases some familiar sights from The Last of Us Part II game and a first glimpse of Kaitlyn Dever‘s Abby. Abby will be put on a collision course with Bella Ramsey’s Ellie during the storyline of the upcoming season.
The Last of Us Season 2 will only tell part of the story of The Last of Us: Part II game, witht he rest pushed into a third season of the show. It’s set several years after the events of The Last of Us and deals with the fallout of Pedro Pascal’s Joel making the choice he did at the end of the first season.
IT: Welcome to Derry, Andy Muschietti’s prequel series to his movie adaptations of the Stephen King classic, was given a brief showing with some suitably creepy scenes. It certainly looks like it’s part of Muschietti’s world of IT.
Fresh from the season finale of House of the Dragon, a look at the latest Game of Thrones spinoff show A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms. Based on the George R. R. Martin novella The Hedge Knight.
