Justin, a recently divorced gay man, plans to get his life back on track by spending the summer with his biological, biracial daughter, who he gave up for adoption when he was a teenager. The Lake on Prime Video is a comedy series set around a lake house where Justin spent his childhood, and which is now in possession of his step-sister, Maisy-May (Julia Stiles).
