Following its world premiere at the 2023 Telluride Film Festival, Neon has released The Royal Hotel trailer for its newest thriller, starring three-time Emmy winner Julia Garner and Glass Onion’s Jessica Henwick.
The video shows two best friends as they go backpacking in the Australian outback, where they end up temporarily working at a small town bar. They’ll soon realized that dealing with rowdy guests will be more than what they bargained for.
The film will arrive in theaters on October 6, leading it to go directly against The Exorcist: Believer and Foe. It will also debut in the same month as high-profile features including the Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour concert film, Killers of the Flower Moon, and Five Nights at Freddy’s.
