Popular K-drama Blood Free is all set to release two new episodes, 3 and 4, respectively, this week on Wednesday, April 17, 2024, at 4 p.m. KST on Disney Plus. The series’ central storyline revolves around the biotechnology company named BF Group, which dominates the genetically engineered cultured meat market. Meanwhile, BF Group CEO Yoon Ja-Yoo (Han Hyo-Joo) faces opposition against her mission to have humans consume animal meat.
The trailer for Episodes 3 and 4 of Blood Free tease significant tension as Yoon Ja-Yoo suspects her team members of threatening her by pretending to be a ransomware organization, Citizen X. After it hacked all of the company’s lab systems, Ja-Yoo realizes it is an inside job and continues to rigorously question her team to get to the truth. However, she faces danger when several people begin to attack her. This is when bodyguard Woo Chae-Woon (Ju Hi-Hoon) promises to protect and keep her safe.
Blood Free Episodes 3 & 4: Ju Ji-Hoon vows to protect Han Hyo-Joo from danger
In the upcoming Blood Free episodes 3 and 4, BF Group CEO Yoon Ja-Yoo will investigate betrayers among her own team members. With the help of her bodyguard, Woo Chae-Woon, Ja-Yoo realizes that someone in her team has been pretending to be the Russian ransomware organization Citizen X. Meanwhile, multiple members of her squad seem suspicious. Yoon Ja-Yoo still determines to get to the bottom of this.
The trailer begins with Yoon Ja-Yoo comprehending the newfound information about one of her team members being the culprit. On the other hand, Woo Chae-Woon helps her investigate more into the fake Citizen X. All her team members, including Kim Sin-Gu (BF Research Team 3 Leader), Seo Hui (BF Research Team 1 Head), Jeong Hae-Dun (BF Legal Advisor, Planning Director) and On San (Research Director & Team 2 Leader) look suspicious.
Later, On San confronts both Ja-Yoo and Chae-Woon after realizing that they have been tracking the team members’ location. As she continues to investigate her team, Ja-Yoo encounters several linked incidents that lead her to multiple revelations. She wonders if someone has pre-planned these events or if they are just plain coincidences. As Prime Minister Seon Woo-Jae continues to plot his plan to take over BF Group, Ja-Yoo faces a life-threatening attack from a group of people.
Ja-Yoo further wonders how her bodyguard, Chae-Woon, has everything that she needs. While hiding with Chae-Woon amidst the attack, he assures her that nothing has happened and he promises to protect her. The trailer shows Chae-Woon doing everything in his power to protect the CEO by fighting against the enemies. However, it ends with Chae-Woon battling for his life after potentially getting injured in an attempt to protect Ja-Yoo.
