In the final two episodes, Seo Mok-Ha (Park Eun-Bin) is confident that she will achieve her dream of being a top singer. Her mentor, Yoon Ran-Joo (Kim Hyo-Jin), thinks otherwise and asks her to avoid scandals. As a result, Mok-Ha leaves Ki-Ho’s (Chae Jong-Hyeop) house.
Meanwhile, Ki-Ho’s family goes through a legal battle with his abusive biological father, Jung Bong-Wan (Lee Seung-Joon). Towards the end, the Castaway Diva characters overcome their struggles and fans get to see a happy ending.

In Castaway Diva episode 12, Ki-Ho/Bo-Geol (Chae Jong-Hyeop) and his family find justice. However, Bong-Wan doesn’t let them win easily.
Viewers saw in episode 11 that the prosecutor figured out Bong-Wan’s true intention. The latter was abusive and obsessed with finding his family only to make them suffer again. He couldn’t bear the fact that they were happy and that his kids were calling Kang Sang-Doo (Lee Joong-Ok) dad. His obsession crossed the line after he tried to kill Ki-Ho’s friend over suspicion.
Hence, all the secrets came out in Castaway Diva episode 11. It ended with the family winning the case, but Bong-Wan couldn’t digest their win.
Castaway Diva episode 12 begins with Woo-Hak (Cha Hak-Yeon) and Sang-Doo returning home after buying a cake to celebrate their victory. Bong-Wan suddenly appears and attacks Sang-Doo with a knife. While the family is shocked and worried about whether or not Sang-Doo will live, Bong-Wan throws another curveball. He kills himself and mentions in his suicide note the reason. This way, his family will not be able to get rid of his surname.
Thankfully, Sang-Doo lives, marries Ki-Ho’s mother, and adopts the boys. They legally get their identities back. Throughout the journey, Park Eun-Bin’s Mok-Ha stands by their side while simultaneously working on her career.
After Ran-Joo’s scandal, the media attacks Mok-Ha before her big debut. Things get complicated due to a misunderstanding between Ran-Joo and the production company’s CEO, Lee Seo-Jun (Kim Joo-Hun). Towards the Castaway Diva episode 12 end, all the pieces of the puzzle fall into place and Mok-Ha debuts on a big stage. Although her song didn’t do well initially, her live performance changed the game. The K-drama ending shows her with multiple awards, suggesting her musical success in the entertainment industry.
Castaway Diva finale: Do Park Eun-Bin & Chae Jong-Hyeop end up together?
Castaway Diva’s director, Oh Choong-Hwan, and writer Park Hye-Ryun gave all the characters a happy ending. Viewers were eagerly waiting for Park Eun-Bin and Chae Jong-Hyeop’s characters to end up together.
They played childhood friends, Mok-Ha and Ki-Ho, who went through abuse at home. They have always looked out for each other. When Mok-Ha was stranded on an island for 15 years, Ki-Ho searched for her every day. However, he didn’t reveal his identity when he found her because of his family’s safety.
When she discovered the truth, their reunion was heartwarming. Ki-Ho didn’t shy away from expressing his feelings from the start. Mok-Ha confessed her love for him in episode 11, and the duo later shared their first kiss.
In the finale of Castaway Diva, the lead characters ended up together. Although there is a moment of doubt when Woo-Hak decides to confess his feelings to Mok-Ha, he does not do it after learning she and Ki-Ho like each other truly. In this way, the Castaway Diva gets a happy ending.
