In the previous episode, Han Yi-Joo discovers that her adoptive mother, Lee Jung-Hye (Lee Min-Young), had previously tried to kill her and her birth mother. Meanwhile, Jung-Hye manipulates Yi-Joo’s father to become the temporary Chairperson of the company.
