According to reports, Bhumi Pednekar charged a hefty amount of $361K (approx.). In the movie, she portrays the role of journalist Vaishali, who tries to seek justice and uncover the truth.
In Bhakshak, Sanjay Mishra is seen in the role of Bhaskar Sinha. His character is also a journalist and mainly assists Vaishali. The actor reportedly charged a sum of around $120K (approx.) to play the role. Well-known Marathi actress Sai Tamhankar also played a crucial role in the crime thriller. As per reports, she took home a fee of $120K (approx.) as well for her role as SSP Jasmeet Kaur.
Actor Aditya Srivastava, renowned for portraying Senior Inspector Abhijeet in CID, also played a crucial character in the movie. He portrayed Bansi Sahu, the man behind the shelter home. For the movie, he received an amount of $84K (approx.). Apart from this, actor Surya Sharma, who portrayed the role of Arvind Singh, charged $48K (approx.) for playing the character.
