Shark Tank India season 3 episode 17 saw an interesting set of pitches. Entrepreneurs presented the sharks with everything from energy drinks and quirky silver jewelry to home furnishings.

Vold Energy: Price, where to buy & more
In the latest episode of Shark Tank, Vold Energy came forward with one such drink, and it is one of the leading manufacturers and suppliers of such beverages. The founder presented his product to the Sharks, who were all impressed by him and his products.
Vold manufactures energy drinks that are not only tasty but also offer instant energy. The drinks are healthier than most as they are infused with vitamins, including B3, B5, B6 & B12, and vital minerals.
On episode 17 of Shark Tank India season 3, Devesh Bochre asked for $60K in exchange for 2% equity for his products. However, due to the lack of clarity in his vision and future planning, Aman Gupta was the only one who offered him a deal. The sum offered was $12K for 10% equity, with the remaining $48K on debt at a 12% interest rate for two years.
However, Devesh was not comfortable with the debt, so he countered with an offer of $60K for 10% equity. Since Aman was unimpressed with the counteroffer, they locked the final deal at $12K for 10% equity and $48K on 3% royalty until the $48K is recouped.

Quirksmith is a silver jewelry brand that offers handcrafted jewelry inspired by poems and emotions. The founders of Quirksmith presented their unique ideas to the Sharks, leaving them speechless.
Quirksmith was founded with the mission to give an expression to every woman in their jewelry. The brand handcrafts each jewelry piece to add value to the woman’s expression carrying it.
On Shark Tank India season 3 episode 17, the founders presented their products and asked for $96K in exchange for 1% equity. Amit Jain offered them $36K for 3% equity and the remaining $60K on debt at a 12% interest rate for two years.
On the other hand, Aman Gupta offered $36K for 3.3% equity and the remaining $60K on debt at a 12% interest rate for three years. Unfortunately, the founders found the valuation too low and decided not to take any offers.

Urban Space: Price, where to buy & more
The founders of Urban Space presented their products to the Sharks on episode 17 of Shark Tank India season 3. The company offers home furnishing products, including bed sheets, curtains, bed linen, table linen, and everything within the category. Notably, the home decor brand also provides premium quality, eco-conscious home essentials.
In the episode, the founders presented their products and asked for $216K in exchange for 1% equity. Amit Jain extended the first offer of $216K with 2% equity and 5% royalty until $324K is recouped. Meanwhile, Anupam Mittal proposed $216K in exchange for 2% equity along with 3% royalty until $433K is recouped. However, he later reduced the royalty to 2%.
Unfortunately, the founders were not happy with the royalty deal and counteroffered a maximum equity of 1.25%. But both the sharks did not agree. So, Urban Space could not land a deal with any Sharks.
