Kho Gaye Hum Kahan Ending: Do Neil and Imaad reconcile?
Towards the end of Kho Gaye Hum Kahan, Neil and Imaad got into a heated argument when Imaad cracked a joke about his friend’s relationship during his standup routine. He mentioned that a famous influencer was deceiving one of his friends, but the friend was too naive to believe she genuinely loved him.
Neil was a fitness trainer who had started a secret relationship with one of his clients, Lala. A fashion influencer by profession, Lala’s priorities were different than Neil’s. However, when Imaad met Lala, he realized that she didn’t really like Neil and was with him for personal interests. She refrained from sharing any pictures of Neil on her social media because he wasn’t the type of guy she wanted to be seen with. On the other hand, Neil was also aware of it, but he was harboring delusions because he knew he wouldn’t be able to face reality.
When Neil lost his cool, he called Imaad an emotionally stunted person who didn’t have the courage to face his own emotions. If Ahana hadn’t intervened between the two, things would have worsened. But from that day onwards, Neil distanced himself from Imaad and told Ahana that he didn’t want to stay friends with Imaad.
Was Neil responsible for hacking Lala’s account?
The trio – Imaad, Ahana, and Neil – had planned to start a fitness studio together, but since the fight, Neil wanted to disassociate from Imaad. Even though Imaad was the one investing in the project, Neil started contacting other people. He no longer wanted to take money from Imaad.
Neil never accepted his reality; he was stuck between two worlds. He belonged to a middle-class background but was associated with privileged people who never had to consider financial matters. His father had told him that the current generation did not understand the difference between needs and wants. He didn’t like how his father had to think several times before buying an expensive product or taking the family out for an expensive dinner. His own roots embarrassed him. But slowly, realized that he was trying way too hard to fit in with the people who didn’t value him and judged him because of his financial status.
However, things took a different turn when Neil hacked into Lala’s account after he found that she was with another guy. He then put pictures of her, stating that her entire life was just one big scam. On social media, people ruthlessly mocked Lala. When Ahana discovered Neil’s involvement, she told him that his actions were unacceptable. Later, Neil realized his mistake and accepted on social media that he was the one who had hacked into Lala’s account.
Do Neil and Imaad reconcile?
At the end of Kho Gaye Hum Kahan, Neil realized that his friends and family were his strengths. When Imaad came to pick up Ahana after her confrontation with Rohan and his girlfriend, Imaad and Rohan got into a fight. Thankfully, Neil arrived just in time to help his friend.
The trio – Neil, Imaad, and Ahana – reconciled after they realized where they had gone wrong. They realized they cared too much about people’s opinions and were overly influenced by social media. This pushed them not to value the people who actually mattered. The movie ended on a good note with the three finally opening their gym, Jungle Gym, as Ahana narrated the five resolutions one should live by.
