Toxic
The makers of Toxic announced its title and release date on December 8, 2023. Earlier, the movie was tentatively titled Yash19, as it marked the actor’s 19th project. Yash took to his social media handles to share an announcement teaser, which opens with a burnt ticket flying around that has a furious joker’s image. The clip further reveals that KVN Productions is producing the movie and Geetu Mohandas is directing it. A mysterious image of a man then appears on the screen, which quickly vanishes.
The teaser then announces ‘Rocking Star Yash’ as the movie’s leading man, and his blurry image is formed with the ashes. He appears to be wearing a hat, holding a gun, and smoking a cigar. As he is looking down, his face is not completely revealed. The title appears on the screen as follows, “Toxic. A fairy tale for grown-ups.”
Sai Pallavi has reportedly signed the movie. Toxic is now one of the most anticipated Yash’s upcoming movies. As fans are already excited about the film, they will have to wait a while to watch it. The movie is set to release on April 10, 2025.
KGF 3
The KGF franchise has played a crucial role in shaping Yash’s professional career. Following the release of the film in 2018, the actor’s performance in the first chapter was lauded widely. Fans then eagerly waited to watch him in KGF: Chapter 2. The movie scored a record-breaking box office collection in the post-pandemic era last year. Recently, director Prashanth Neel confirmed that Yash will lead KGF 3.
In an interview with Pinkvilla, the director joked that he does not know whether he would direct KGF 3. However, he assured everyone that Yash would star in it. The film franchise’s third instalment was announced by the end of the second one.
Prashanth Neel said, “On a serious note, KGF 3 will happen and we didn’t announce it for the sake of it. We already have a script. We had decided on the script before making the announcement.” He continued, “Yash is a very responsible individual and won’t put out things for just commercial reasons. We were sure to have things on paper before making an official announcement at the end of KGF 2.”

Ramayana (Reported)
After spending his entire career in South Indian cinema, Yash is reportedly considering making his Bollywood debut. As per various reports, the actor is in discussions to take up the role of Ravana in Nitesh Tiwari’s upcoming film, Ramayana. According to Times of India, the KGF star is demanding a whopping $18 million. Ranbir Kapoor is allegedly cast as Ram, while Sai Pallavi has been reportedly roped in to play Sita. Although the makers have not made any official announcements yet, they are planning on making the movie on a massive budget.
Yash’s upcoming movie list is a testament that the actor is one of the leading stars in the country.
