The Coalition has revealed the next entry in the Gears of War series, and it’s a prequel titled Gears of War E-Day.
The in-engine trailer sees Marcus and Dom together again back at Emergence Day, the surprising invasion from within that brings huge-scale chaos to Earth.

It’s been nearly five years since Gears of war 5 launched on Xbox One. That game would later be updated for Xbox Series X|S. All previous games in the Gears of War series are also playable on modern hardware. A strategy spinoff, Gears Tactics, was an early Series X|S title and is still one of the best console exclusives Xbox has had this generation.
