Microsoft has confirmed the list of new games coming to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate throughout the first couple of weeks of October 2023. The highlight of the short list is the latest Xbox first-party game, Forza Motorsport, but there’s also the arrival of Like a Dragon Ishin.
Here are the Xbox Game Pass October 2023 games
The first wave of Xbox Game Pass games for this month begins today, October 3, with the addition of Gotham Knights and the day one release of The Lamplighter’s League. The highlight of the period won’t arrive until next week when Forza Motorsport becomes available on Game Pass as a day-one release. There’s also a confirmed release date for the previously promised Like A Dragon Ishin.
The remaining two games will arrive on different platforms throughout the first part of the month. The full list includes:
- Warhammer 40,000: Darktide (Xbox Series X|S and Cloud) – October 4
- Forza Motorsport (Xbox Series X|S, PC, and Cloud) – October 10
- From Space (Console, PC, and Cloud) – October 12
- Like a Dragon Ishin! (Console, PC, and Cloud) – October 17
Don’t forget to grab the latest Xbox Game Pass Ultimate perks before they leave. The 3-month subscription to Minecraft Realms Plus will expire on October 5, while the Overwatch 2: New Heroes Starter Pack will be removed on October 10.
Along with the good news comes the bad in the form of a list of six games that will be leaving Xbox Game Pass on October 15. These include Shenzen I|O, which was erroneously included in the list at the end of September before quickly being removed. The games that are shortly leaving the service are:
- Eville (Cloud, Console, and PC)
- Overwhelm (PC)
- Shenzhen I/O (PC)
- The Legend of Tianding (Cloud, Console, and PC)
- Trek to Yomi (Cloud, Console, and PC)
- Turnip Boy Commits Tax Evasion (Cloud, Console, and PC)
