Salman Khan’s latest action thriller, Tiger 3, is creating waves at the global box office collection. The film’s day 5 box office collection worldwide is reportedly set to cross the $36 million mark. This whopping number has been achieved within its first week of release.
Tiger 3, which hit theaters on Diwali, experienced a blockbuster opening this festive season. However, as the week progressed, the film faced a steeper decline than anticipated, which was partly due to the ongoing World Cup.

Tiger 3 day 5 box office collection: How much did Salman Khan’s film earn?
Despite an anticipated initial decline in performance after the opening days, Tiger 3 saw larger day-to-day declines than expected. YRF (Yash Raj Films) may not have foreseen the sustained success of the film after its initial release, but considering the external factors, such as the cricket World, played a role in the decline.
Tiger 3’s fifth day, on November 16, 2023, recorded an estimated collection of $2.2 million, which is a drop from the earlier recorded $2.5 million. This brings the domestic net total to just under $22.8 million, with the gross domestic tally crossing the $24 million mark.
However, Tiger 3’s dominance extends beyond domestic boundaries. Ruling the global office collection, the film has garnered $32.6 million in just four days. The overall occupancy, particularly in the main Hindi version, reports only 16%. The Tamil and Telugu version also echoes a similar occupancy rate on day 5. As it is, there’s a substantial difference in the number of shows.
Tiger 3 is well on its way to becoming Salman Khan’s blockbuster success in six years, overcoming a series of underperformers from Bharat and Race 3 to Dabangg 3 and Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. However, the film’s ambitious $36 million budget may raise eyebrows when the final numbers are tallied.
