The newest member of The Bloodline, Jacob Fatu, made a significant impact following his highly anticipated debut in WWE. On the June 21st edition of WWE SmackDown, Cody Rhodes faced Solo Sikoa in a singles match. The match was interrupted by The Bloodline members Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa, but Randy Orton and Kevin Owens came to Rhodes’ aid.
A chaotic brawl erupted on SmackDown as Cody Rhodes, Randy Orton, and Kevin Owens cornered Solo Sikoa. Suddenly, Jacob Fatu emerged, launching a brutal assault on all three superstars. He devastated Kevin Owens with a Samoan Drop onto the steel steps, followed by a ferocious spear to Randy Orton into the barricades. He then gave a diving headbutt that sent Cody Rhodes through the announce table.
Following his debut last week on WWE SmackDown, fans witnessed Jacob Fatu attacking Paul Heyman, who refused to acknowledge Solo Sikoa as his Tribal Chief. While Fatu and the rest of The Bloodline acknowledged Sikoa as their Tribal Chief, Heyman chose not to, resulting in a brutal attack.
With fans eagerly anticipating Jacob Fatu’s arrival, former WWE Superstar Matt Hardy, who has previously met with Fatu, had high praise for the new member of The Bloodline.
Matt Hardy predicts a bright future for Jacob Fatu in WWE
Former WWE Superstar Matt Hardy has expressed high expectations for Jacob Fatu’s future in the promotion. Speaking in The Extreme Life of Matt Hardy, Hardy emphasized his excitement about Fatu joining WWE, praising his talent.
He stated, “I do gotta say, I’m very, very excited Jacob Fatu got to show up in WWE. He’s someone that, since I met him, I’ve loved him. He’s been great. Really excited for him. I think his future is limitless. I think he’s gonna be incredible going forward.”
He continued, “First and foremost, he’s just been so respectful towards me and Jeff. Big into The Hardys when he was coming up. He’s just such a down-to-earth, on-the-level guy. Much like most Samoans, really just a cool Uce. Just such a cool cat. He is so insanely talented. He’s a big guy, he can move, he’s strong. He can do it all. I am very, very excited to see him on the WWE plane and see how great he can become. I think his ceiling is extremely, extremely high. I think he’s a guy who can be a leader there. He’s special.”
Whether Fatu will make his in-ring debut this weekend remains to be seen, as WWE has announced that The Bloodline will face Cody Rhodes, Kevin Owens, and Randy Orton at the Money in the Bank premium live event. However, it’s still unclear which members of The Bloodline will participate in the match.
