Major Update on WWE Superstar’s Injury Status

Several WWE superstars are currently out with injuries, including CM Punk, Seth Rollins, Dominik Mysterio, and Rhea Ripley. However, a significant update has emerged concerning Dominik Mysterio’s injury. Mysterio is currently unable to compete due to a freak Tommy John injury sustained in April.

During an episode of WWE Raw on April 15, Dominik Mysterio competed in a match against Andrade, where he unfortunately sustained an injury. Following the match, it was reported that Mysterio would be out of in-ring action for 6–8 weeks. Despite the injury, he has continued to make appearances on WWE programming, with fans noticing him wearing a sling on his arm.

Fans are buzzing with speculation about Dominik Mysterio’s potential return after witnessing him engaging in physical activity on Raw. Wrestling journalist Dave Meltzer provided some insight on Wrestling Observer Radio. According to Meltzer, Mysterio has been cleared to get physical, stating, “He’s cleared to do physicality.”

However, it’s important to note that Dominik Mysterio is only cleared for physicality. He has yet to receive medical clearance to perform in-ring action again. While Mysterio has been given clearance for physicality, other top stars, such as CM Punk, Seth Rollins, and Rhea Ripley, are still out of action due to their various injuries.

Dominik Mysterio gets physical on WWE Raw

On the recent edition of WWE Raw, Dominik Mysterio was seen getting physical. During the match between Braun Strowman and Carlito, there was interference from The Judgment Day members Finn Balor, JD McDonagh, and Dominik Mysterio. Strowman, who defeated Carlito easily in the match, was attacked by The Judgment Day. Finn Balor and JD McDonagh were taken out by Braun Strowman. Just as Strowman had the upper hand, Dominik Mysterio darted in and attacked his legs. However, Strowman easily shoved Mysterio back. In a desperate move, Mysterio grabbed a chair, but Strowman swiftly punched it out of his hands. Mysterio tried to escape by crawling away on all four.

Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan then appeared, sprinting down and placing herself between Strowman and Mysterio. This forced Strowman to back off, allowing The Judgment Day to gain the upper hand as they attacked him.
