During its Comic-Con@Home panel, Fear the Walking Dead released new details including two first-look clips at the upcoming season, which will premiere on Sunday, October 17, with new episodes premiering early on AMC+ all season, followed by a new episode of Talking Dead later that evening.

The virtual panel, moderated by Chris Hardwick, featured Chief Content Officer for The Walking Dead Universe Scott M. Gimple, showrunners Andrew Chambliss and Ian Goldberg, and cast members Lennie James, Alycia Debnam-Carey, Colman Domingo, Danay Garcia, Jenna Elfman, Christine Evangelista, Mo Collins, and Karen David.

It was also announced that Debnam-Carey, who plays Alicia Clark on the series, will be making her directorial debut in Season 7.

Additionally, Sydney Lemmon will return as Isabelle in the upcoming season, with Gus Halper joining the cast as Will in Season 7.
The sixth season of Fear the Walking Dead ended with a bang…literally, as Teddy brought about his vision of “The End” when he detonated nuclear warheads across the Texas landscape. In Season 7, the survivors will decide what “The Beginning” will look like in a world devoid of light and hope, where the outside air is just as deadly as the walkers they face. The survivors will find out who they really are and what they’re really made of. Some will rise to the occasion, some will find new purpose, and some will redefine themselves — even if it comes at a terrible cost to those they once considered family.
Fear the Walking Dead Season 6 will be released on Blu-ray and DVD on August 21.
