It was around this time last year that the world got their first look at some Marvel’s Daredevil concept art thanks to a Joe Quesada piece being featured on a New York Comic Con exclusive poster. A year later, the Netflix series is a massive hit and season two is on the way in 2016. With NYCC happening this weekend, Quesada, who serves as Chief Creative Officer of Marvel Entertainment, is back today with a brand-new piece of Daredevil concept art, teasing season two. Check out the image, which debuted on Joe Quesada’s Tumblr, in full in the gallery viewer below!

Marvel’s Daredevil season two will feature the return of Charlie Cox as Matt Murdock (who moonlights as The Man Without Fear), Deborah Ann Woll as Karen Page, Elden Henson as Foggy Nelson, Scott Glenn as Stick and Rosario Dawson as Claire Temple. The new season will also see Jon Bernthal debut as Frank Castle (aka the Punisher) with Elodie Yung also set to appear, playing the deadly assassin Elektra Natchios.

Marvel’s Daredevil is Executive Produced by Doug Petrie (American Horror StoryBuffy The Vampire Slayer), Marco Ramirez (DaVinci’s Demons) and Drew Goddard (The Cabin in the Woods, Lost), along with Marvel TV’s Jeph Loeb (Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.Marvel’s Jessica Jones.) It is is produced by Marvel Television in association with ABC Studios.

Season one of Marvel’s Daredevil is now streaming on Netflix with season two slated to debut in 2016. Before then, though, we’ll get the launch of Marvel Studios’ second series when Jessica Jones debuts on the service Friday, November 20.
