Last December, after successfully wrapping up its first season, The Flight Attendant was able to immediately secure a second season renewal due to the positive response it garnered from critics and viewers. Now, during AT&T’s Investor Day, WarnerMedia CEO Jason Kilar has confirmed that the Kaley Cuoco-led series has been scheduled to make its return in the spring of 2022. However, further details about the second season including the production start date haven’t been revealed yet as the writers have just recently started meeting.
Earlier this year, the series was able to score its first major Golden Globe nominations including Best Television Series – Musical or Comedy and Best Actress – Television Series Musical or Comedy for Cuoco’s acclaimed performance in the first season.
