DreamWorks Animation and Netflix have unveiled that the third and final chapter in Guillermo del Toro’s eight-time Emmy-winning series Tales of Arcadia, Wizards, will premiere on August 7 on the streaming platform. Following Trollhunters and 3Below, the new series centers on wizard-in-training Douxie (Colin O’Donoghue, Once Upon a Time) and the other heroes of the titular world as they embark on a time-bending journey to medieval Camelot to help fight the forces of evil in an apocalyptic battle for the control of magic.
The series features an ensemble roster of stars including returning O’Donoghue, Emile Hirsch (Once Upon a Time in Hollywood) as Jim, Lexi Medrano (Trollhunters) as Claire, Charlie Saxton (Hung) as Toby, Steven Yeun (The Walking Dead) as Steve, David Bradley (Harry Potter) as Merlin, Lena Headey (Game of Thrones) as Morgana, Fred Tatasciore (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles) as Aaarrrgghh!!!, Clancy Brown (Billions) as Gunmar, Diego Luna (Narcos: Mexico) as Krel, Mark Hamill (Star Wars) as Dictatious and Kelsey Grammer (Frasier) as Blinky.
The adventure will also mark the return of Alfred Molina (Frozen II) as Archie, with new cast members including Stephanie Beatriz (Brooklyn Nine-Nine) as troublemaker troll Callista, James Faulkner (Game of Thrones) as King Arthur and John Rhys Davies (The Lord of the Rings) as Galahad.

Wizards: Tales of Arcadia is created and executive produced by del Toro alongside Marc Guggenheim and Chad Hammes, with Chad Quandt and Aaron Waltke serving as co-executive producers on the animated series. It is set to premiere on Netflix on August 7.
