Episode 16 of Ploy’s Yearbook sees young Prez Ploy (Namtan Tipnaree Weerawatnodom) giving up art school for accounting so she can support her mother. Years later, she quit her accounting job after struggling with it and tried to open an art and craft studio. However, her then-boyfriend, Win, turns down the idea and tells her to open a cafe instead. She opens a cafe, but soon after, Ploy breaks up with Win after he cheated on her and blames the former for it. Not only that, he rants that she wouldn’t have been able to afford the cafe if it weren’t for him. He further says that Ploy has not accomplished anything on her own.
In the present day, Ploy tears up as she says everyone thought she would be the most successful as an adult. Instead, she ended up as someone who “fails at everything.” Following that, the counselor suggests Ploy meet a therapist. Later, Ploy tells Thap to stop everything as she isn’t ready for a relationship.
Thap then reveals that he tried to approach her in freshman year, but she was already seeing someone else. However, he continued to wait for her, even when she disappeared online. Thap then found out that Ploy was selling the cafe and showed up as a buyer. Thus, the pair’s reunion wasn’t a coincidence. Thap adds that he tried everything to get back together with Ploy. He then leaves after Ploy apologizes and refuses to say anything else.
Elsewhere, Pimai finally wakes up and pretends he doesn’t remember anything. When Plain Ploy introduces herself as his school friend, he asks if she can be his girlfriend instead.
Ploy’s Yearbook final episode 16: Who caused the numbers mix-up in the yearbook?
When Plain Ploy goes through the prototype yearbook they had given to the teachers, she notices that their numbers were correctly mentioned. However, the final published version had the wrong numbers. Prez remembers that she had asked her dad’s girlfriend, Mew’s aunt, for the printing house’s number. Then, Prez confronts Mew, who caused the mix-up of the numbers in the yearbook. After she admits that she did so after what happened with Thap, Prez slaps Mew and calls her a loser for ruining lives over a boy.
Later, Prez breaks down in tears as the other Ploys comfort her and say that the mix-up wasn’t her fault. Then, after a while, the former goes to her mom. When Prez refuses to stay at home, her mom asks if she’s mad at her about something. Prez tears up and says she’s mad at herself for not doing the things she said she would do. Her mom then says Prez never disappointed her and asks her to forgive herself. Later, Prez and Thap meet at their high school again. The former reveals that she has decided to close the cafe. Thap then says he’d wait and wants Prez to choose him when she’s ready to love again.
Furthermore, Prez feels jealous when Cake-som flirts with Thap when he says he’s single. The girls then decide to help Prez win Thap back. After Prof sets them up, Prez and Thap spend time together as he photographs her ceramic vases. When she asks what happened to Thap waiting, he says he stepped back because he doesn’t want to stress out Prez, as she had thrown up again under pressure. The latter then says she will see a therapist regarding her issue. Prez confesses that she can’t see Thap with anyone else. The two later share a kiss.
Ploy’s Yearbook ending: How do all Ploys’ stories end?

On the other hand, Prof Ploy and Kram finally get married. After opening her craft studio, Prez plans a proposal for Thap at their old school. She goes down on her knees and asks him to marry her. Thap says yes to Prez!
