The ongoing Thai BL series We Are released episode 2 on Wednesday, April 10, 2024, at 8:30 p.m. ICT on channel GMM 25. The Thai drama revolves around the chaotic university lives and swoon-worthy romances of eight friends. We Are’s four couples are – Phum (Pond Naravit Lertratkosum) and Peem (Phuwin Tangsakyuen), Q (Winny Thanawin Pholcharoenrat) and Toey (Satang Kittiphop Sereevichayasawat), Tan (Aou Thanaboon Kiatniran) and Khaofang (Boom Tharatorn Jantharaworakarn), and Shane (Marc Natarit Worakornlertsith) and Pun (Poon Mitpakdee). Episode 2 of We Are begins with Peem refusing to pay the money for Phum’s medical bills. The latter then tells the former he must be his “slave” for two months to compensate him. Peem also calls out Phum for not apologizing after ruining his painting. Meanwhile, the latter offers to pay him, but the former refuses. Peem then refuses to be Phum’s slave for two months but agrees to do so during the duration it takes him to re-do his painting again. However, Peem’s condition is that Phum won’t tell others about their deal. Afterward, Phum drags Peem with him to the mall and makes the latter carry his shopping bags for him.
The next day, Peem’s friends interrogate him about his talk with Phum after the former doesn’t answer their calls. He tells them that the two talked out the matter. However, they aren’t convinced that Phum would let it go so easily. Nonetheless, the friends then enjoy a meal together at Peem’s house.
Afterward, during an art class, Peem confides in his professor as he worries about his work being too simple, contrary to Q’s complex paintings. The professor says his best friend worries about the opposite, as Q wanted his work to be more direct like Peem’s. Later, Toey and his friend join the senior class. Q asks to see his mentee Toey’s work and asks when he started to draw. Toey’s friend shares that he had planned to study medicine at first. The flashback then shows Toey discovering his passion after seeing Q drawing in a cafe when he was in school.

Peem receives Phum’s call, who orders Peem to bring him a drink from the engineering faculty. The latter then makes the former go back and forth, being picky about his drinks and food. However, Peem rushes away after seeing Tan approach Phum. Tan then reminds Phum about their deal, as per which the latter would help the former win over Phum’s brother, Khaofang. However, Phum informs Tan that he isn’t his brother’s ideal type.
Elsewhere, Peem and the other Fine Arts students head to the bar. Phum, too, is at the bar, setting up Khaofang with Tan. Later, Q worries about Toey as the latter gets drunk. Meanwhile, Phum, Fang, and Tan spot Peem drunkenly lying outside the bar. Fang then asks Phum to drive Peem home as the latter is the only one sober. After dropping Peem at Phum’s car, Tan is ecstatic as he gets alone time with his crush, Fang. The two then jump in a cab together. Tan continues to flirt with Fang by putting his head on the latter’s shoulder. Meanwhile, Q, too, looks after Toey as the latter drunkenly sleeps on the former’s lap.
Phum drops Peem home, along with flowers that Peem had bought from a kid earlier. Peem’s aunt then asks Phum to help her look after him. After the aunt walks out of the room, a drunk Peem gets close to Phum and compliments his handsome face. However, Peem then calls Phum an “a**hole” and falls asleep. Meanwhile, Phum can’t help but smile at Peem’s messy yet cute state.
