Saban Films has dropped the Duchess trailer for its newest R-rated action thriller movie, which hails from Doomsday director Neil Marshall.
“Duchess, a small-time crook, tries to enter the treacherous underworld of diamond trafficking and ends up left for dead when a deal goes wrong,” reads the synopsis. “Determined to seek retribution she launches into an unwavering pursuit for vengeance.”

When is the release date for the Duchess movie?
Duchess will be available to rent or buy on digital and VOD in the US starting on August 9, 2024. Meanwhile, Vertigo Releasing will release the film in select UK cinemas and digital on August 12. In addition to the trailer, Saban Films also shared its official key art poster, which you can check out below.
Marshall directed the film from a screenplay he co-wrote with lead star Charlotte Kirk, who will be playing the titular role. The film will also star Philip Winchester as Robert, Colm Meaney as Frank, Hoji Fortuna as Billy, Colin Egglesfield as Tom, Stephanie Beachum as Charlie, Sean Pertwee as Danny, David Chevers as Johannes, Boris Martinez as Lee Roy, Alex Morgan as Dave, Yan Tual as Victor, and more. It is produced by Emily Corcoran and Kristyna Sellnerova. The creative team includes cinematographer Simon Rowling and stunt team Urban Action, who are the team behind stunts for movies like Hitman’s Wife’s Bodyguard and Mission Impossible – Fallout.
