Zombie Apache is a new horror comedy indie movie about a real estate developer who mistakenly unleashes a dangerous threat after desecrating a sacred burial ground.

What is Zombie Apache about?
“The story of Zombie Apache unfolds as a greedy real estate developer desecrates a sacred Viking burial ground, unleashing a comical nightmare upon the unsuspecting locals,” the film’s description reads. “This perfect blend of absurdity and horror, highlighted by the stellar performances of our lead actors, promises an unforgettable and wildly entertaining film experience.”
Costa is best known for going viral for his impersonation of the late Robin Williams. He made his feature film debut in 2023’s Bring Him to Me, a crime thriller that also starred Barry Pepper and Sam Neill.
Costa is also voicing a character in the upcoming third season of Marvel’s What If…?, while he previously voiced Kurt Russell in 2023’s Agent Elvis. Additionally, he’s starred in a number of popular fan films, including 2013’s Wolverine, 2016’s Han Solo: A Smuggler’s Trade, 2019’s Jurassic World: Exodus, 2019’s KENOBI: A Star Wars Story, 2019’s Star Wars: Origins, and 2021’s Batman: Dying Is Easy.
Along with Costa, Zombie Apache stars Craig Charles (Red Dwarf, Coronation Street), Bridgette Meredith Garb (Blossom, Deviant Love), Malu Martins (The Runner), and Corey Cannon (Bringing Back Christmas, Shadow Creek).
The film is written and directed by Charles Maxwell, who previously made 2014’s A Field Full of Secrets. Maxwell also produces the movie alongside Andrew Patrick Byrd, while Anthony J. Gumbiner and Charles serve as executive producers. Dylan Avery, Samantha Marrero, and Lyman Miguel serve as co-producers.
A release date has not yet been announced for Zombie Apache.
