Who’s involved in The Watchers?
The Watchers is written and directed by Ishana Night Shyamalan, who previously served as the second unit director in 2021’s Old and 2023’s Knock at the Cabin. She also helmed several episodes of the Apple TV+ series Servant. Joining Fanning are Georgina Campbell (Barbarian), Oliver Finnegan (Outlander) and Olwen Fouere (The Northman). It is produced by M. Night Shyamalan, Ashwin Rajan and Nimitt Mankad, with Jo Homewood and Stephen Dembitzer executive producing.
“It follows Mina, a 28-year-old artist who gets stranded in an expansive, untouched forest in western Ireland,” reads the synopsis. “When Mina finds shelter, she unknowingly becomes trapped alongside three strangers that are watched and stalked by mysterious creatures each night.”
