Ahead of its debut this Thursday, Netflix has dropped the first Family Switch clip from its newest family comedy, starring Jennifer Garner in her latest collaboration with the streamer following Yes Day and The Adam Project.
In the film, Garner’s Jess Walker unexpectedly finds herself in a Freaky Friday situation with her teenage daughter, Emma Myers’ CC. The video features Garner playing CC as she argues with her mother Jess about the clothes they should wear for each other. The film will be available for streaming on November 30.

What is Family Switch?
“Jess and Bill Walker are doing their best to keep their family connected as their children grow older, more independent, and more distant,” reads the synopsis. “When a chance encounter with an astrological reader causes the family to wake up to a full body switch, on the morning of the most important day of each of their lives, can the Walkers unite to land a promotion, college interview, record deal and soccer tryout?”
Based on Amy Krouse’s Bedtime for Mommy book, Family Switch is directed by McG from a screenplay written by Victoria Strouse and Adam Sztykiel. Additional cast includes Bashir Salahuddin, Matthias Schweighöfer, Xosha Roquemore, Ilia Isorelýs Paulino, Paul Scheer, Fortune Feimster, Paul Scheer, Andrew Bachelor, and Rita Moreno. It is executive produced by Strause, David Hyman, and Jason Rosenthal, with McG, Garner, Lawrence Grey, Ben Everard, Nicole King Solaka, and Mary Viola producing.
