Saban Films has revealed the official Nandor Fodor and the Talking Mongoose trailer for the forthcoming dark comedy. Simon Pegg stars as a psychologist enlisted to investigate a possible talking animal. The film is slated to hit theaters on September 1.

Who’s in Nandor Fodor and the Talking Mongoose?
Nandor and the Talking Mongoose is written and directed by Adam Sigal. It is described as a wildly entertaining adventure based on a (possibly) true tale set in 1935 London. Joining the Mission: Impossible star are Minnie Driver as Anne, Christopher Llyod as Dr. Harry, Paul Kaye as Maurice, and author Neil Gaiman as Gef.
“When famed paranormal psychologist Dr. Nandor Fodor (Pegg) investigates a family’s claims of a talking animal, he uncovers a mysterious web of hidden motives, reads the synopsis. “Soon, everyone becomes a suspect in Dr. Fodor’s relentless pursuit of the truth.”
It is produced by Sasha Yelaun, Dominic Burns, Karl Hall, and Matt Willians. Executive producers are Chelsea Newell, James Di Giacomo, Danny Bohnen, Rob McGillivray, and Ben Stranahan.
