After covering the song in the iconic film Mean Girls, Lindsay Lohan has finally officially released her own cover of the Christmas song “Jingle Bell Rock” ahead of the release of her upcoming holiday film Falling for Christmas.

The new rendition of the song comes as part of the soundtrack for the upcoming Netflix romantic comedy, which is set to premiere on the streaming service on November 10, 2022. The new version of the song also comes with a lyric video featuring various scenes from the upcoming film.

Falling for Christmas stars Lohan alongside Chord Overstreet, George Young, Jack Wagner, Olivia Perez, Alejandra Flores, Chase Ramsey, Sean Dillingham, and Antonio D. Charity. The film is directed by Janeen Damian, from a screenplay written by Jeff Bonnett and Ron Oliver.
