Exclusive House of Gucci Behind-the-Scenes Clip Highlights Leto’s Transformation

ComingSoon is debuting an exclusive House of Gucci behind-the-scenes clip that illustrates “The Making of Jared Leto” and the extent of the actor’s transformation in the crime drama, which took four hours to complete each day he was filming. The movie is currently available on Digital and will be released by MGM and Universal Home Pictures Entertainment on Blu-ray and DVD on February 22, 2022 (pre-order here).

House of Gucci is inspired by the shocking true story of the family behind the Italian fashion empire,” reads the synopsis. “When Patrizia Reggiani (Lady Gaga), an outsider from humble beginnings, marries into the Gucci family, her unbridled ambition begins to unravel the family legacy and triggers a reckless spiral of betrayal, decadence, revenge, and ultimately…murder.”

Based on the book The House of Gucci: A Sensational Story of Murder, Madness, Glamour, and Greed by Sara Gay Forden, the movie was directed by Oscar nominee Ridley Scott (The Martian, The Gladiator) and written by Becky Johnston and Roberto Bentivegna from a story by Johnston. The cast includes Oscar winner Lady Gaga (A Star Is Born), Oscar nominee Adam Driver (The Last Duel, Star Wars franchise), Oscar winner Jared Leto (Dallas Buyers Club, Suicide Squad), Oscar winner Jeremy Irons (The Borgias, Justice League), Jack Huston (American Hustle) with Oscar nominee Salma Hayek (Eternals, Hitman’s Wife Bodyguard), and Oscar winner Al Pacino (The Irishman, Once Upon a Time in Hollywood).
