Warner Bros. Pictures, Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Pictures and New Line Cinema have debuted a “prologue” trailer for If I Stay, the upcoming drama starring Chloë Grace Moretz, Mireille Enos, Jamie Blackley, Joshua Leonard, Liana Liberato, Aisha Hinds and Stacy Keach.
