It’s amazing to think that 20 years ago the cinematic world was introduced the X-Men universe and to celebrate, the cast of the original film gathered for a Zoom reunion call to support Global Citizen’s Global Goal: Unite for Our Future…only to be crashed by Origins: Wolverine star Ryan Reynolds and other prequel stars. The reunion call features franchise icons Hugh Jackman and Patrick Stewart, alongside Halle Berry and Famke Janssen with guest appearances from Dark Phoenix‘s Sophie Turner and James McAvoy and a surprise final cameo from Origins: Wolverine‘s Liev Schreiber. The majority of the cast members on the call leave after the future Deadpool co-writer/producer/star brings them in on the call, citing a need to join Game of Thrones, James Bond, Star Trek and Split reunions.
