Emily Browning, Juno Temple and Catalina Sandino Moreno have joined the cast of Magic, Magic, Variety reports.
First announced two days ago, the project will also star Michael Cera and will be directed by Sebastian Silva (whose 2009 film, The Maid was nominated for a Golden Globe for Best Foreign Language Feature). The plot is said to feature a girl on vacation in Chile who begins to lose control of her mental faculties.
Browning most recently appeared in Sucker Punch and will next star in Sleeping Beauty. Temple is best known for her role in Atonement, but will be featured in Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight Rises next summer. Sandino Moreno, meanwhile, made her acting debut as the lead in Maria Full of Grace and later appeared in both parts of Steven Soderbergh’s Che.
There are no specifics yet on who will play what role, but expect more updates on the film in the days to come.
