Inception‘s viral marketing continues with a very detailed manual sent to and scanned by Wired.
The book, designed to look like a worn and heavily-censored operations manual, includes sketches of various dream techniques and how to use them to pull information.
Most of the text has been blacked out to the point that only pictures and chapter headings are visible, but the final page includes a link to the PASIV Device website; a detailed interactive how-to guide to the machine from the upcoming film.
One of the only readable lines of text is on page 9, under the heading The Hostile Subconscious:
“…the projections as they become aware will attempt to seek out and destroy the source of the projections.”
