CBS Films has hired Andrew Fleming to direct the romantic comedy Permission, written by Karen McCullah Lutz (Legally Blonde).
The story revolves around a married couple in their 30s who give one another permission to sleep with someone else while on separate vacations.
Seth Jaret and Lutz will produce the film.
