I skipped Blades of Glory, but I already detailed that only a few hours ago right here, and it now looks like BOG directors Will Speck and Josh Gordon have found themselves a new project, and it is actually, slightly intriguing.
The film is titled I Want to ______ Your Sister, which suggests some sort of a MadLibs style comedy, but the plot seems to detract from the uniqueness of the title. The pic is described as a coming-of-age comedy centering on a brother who tries to protect his younger sister from guys just like him. I know, not a lot to go on, but what the hell does that have to do with the verb missing from the title?
The screenplay was penned by Melissa Stack and Paramount will distribute.
If you hope to know more about Speck and Gordon just know they were part of the directing team on ABC’s “Cavemen” (skipped that one too) and are plannign some sort of an artificial insemination comedy called Baster at Sony, which sounds like an attempt to bite off Judd Apatow’s one-note sex-filled comedies.
