ShockTillYouDrop.com is reporting that Platinum Dunes’ new Friday the 13th movie, to be directed by Marcus Nispel from a script by Damian Shannon and Mark Swift, won’t be a remake as was previously believed. New Line will release the pic on February 13, 2009.
