TheWrap brings word this afternoon that Keanu Reeves has entered negotiations to star in the upcoming sci-fi thriller The Panopticon. Talks have only just begun and there is no deal in place just yet, but check back here for more details.
The Panopticon follows a man who receives a message from his future self that the world is about to end. He’s forced to solve the mystery of his involvement in the apocalypse and, hopefully, prevent it before it’s too late.
Immortals director Tarsem Singh is set to helm the film which features a script by The Quiet Ones scribe Craig Rosenberg. Andrew Lazar will produce the film which is executive produced by Nathan Kahane and Joe Drake of Good Universe. No release date is currently set for the film.
