Cillian Murphy is celebrating wrapping up yet another project, this time his upcoming movie Steve.
The news comes in a new photograph shared by Netflix UK and actor Jay Lycurgo — who was previously unannounced for the project — and sees Lycurgo, Murphy, and writer Max Porter, who’s novel Shy is being reimagined for the upcoming film.
Right now, no release information for Steve is available, although the photograph does note that it would be “coming soon” to Netflix. In total, the project was in production for two months, beginning in May and wrapping up this week.

What is Steve about?
The upcoming film is set in the mid-90s, and follows the day in the life of headmaster Steve’s (Murphy) life, while also telling a parallel story of Shy (Lycurgo), a troubled teen that is also grappling with his own various issues in life.
Murphy is, of course, coming off of a huge year for the actor, having just starred in Christopher Nolan’s Oppenheimer. The role saw Murphy collect a litany of awards, including the Best Actor Oscar at the Academy Awards. Lycurgo is best known for his role as Tim Drake in the DC series Titans. Lycurgo also appeared in the Netflix series The Bastard Son & The Devil Himself, as well as in Matt Reeves’ The Batman.
