Three more names have been added to the cast of the mysterious Ryan Coogler and Michael B. Jordan vampire movie.
A trio of relative newcomers joins the growing cast that already features Jordan, Jack O’Connell, Delroy Lindo, Omar Benson Miller, Jayme Lawson, Wunmi Mosaku, Hailee Steinfeld, Li Jun Li, and Lola Kirke.
Newcomers Join Cast of Ryan Coogler Vampire Movie
First up is Miles Caton, who is best known for his musical career, having released a debut single last year and worked as a supporting vocalist for H.E.R.
Then we have another musician, Peter Dreimanis (aka Peter Dreams), who is co-founder of the band July Talk and is about to release a solo album.
Last but not least is yao, who is a recent Drama graduate with few credits but did star in the 2022 drama #LookAtMe.
Warner Bros. officially picked up Coogler’s new movie, which does not yet have a title, in February 2024.
The film is hotly rumored to be about vampires, with Puck reporting earlier this year that Jordan may be playing not just one, but two vampiric roles in the film. Puck also reported the film might be set in the American South during the Jim Crow era, which other reliable sources have corroborated.
This is the latest collaboration between Coogler and Jordan, having worked together on Fruitvale Station, the Creed films, and Black Panther
