According to The Insneider, Emmy winner Jennifer Aniston (Friends, The Morning Show) has officially signed on to produce 20th Century Studios’ long-in-development 9 to 5 remake of the classic comedy movie. At the moment, it’s currently unclear if Aniston has plans to join the cast of the project, which is expected to give a modern take on the 1980 movie.
Before signing on to the 9 to 5 remake, Aniston’s most recent producing credits were last year’s Murder Mystery 2 movie and The Morning Show Season 3.
