Shudder has released a U.S. Infested trailer and poster for Sébastien Vaniček’s Spider Horror movie.
The French horror sees an infestation of deadly spiders in an apartment building and is set to begin streaming on Shudder on April 26, 2024.

In Infested, Kaleb is about to turn 30 and has never been lonelier. He’s fighting with his sister over an inheritance and has cut ties with his best friend. Fascinated by exotic animals, he finds a venomous spider in a shop and brings it back to his apartment. It only takes a moment for the spider to escape and reproduce, turning the whole building into a dreadful web trap. The only option for Kaleb and his friends is to find a way out and survive.
Infested stars Théo Christine, Finnegan Oldfield, Jérôme Niel, Sofia Lesaffre and Lisa Nyarko. It was written by Florent Bernard and Sébastien Vaniček.
Vaniček’s next project is filming a new Evil Dead spinoff which he wants to be as nasty as possible.
I told the studio that I wanted to make a nasty film, a film that hurts, from which you come away tested,” said the director. ”I’m going to put all the horror I have inside, it will be cathartic, and if I haven’t ruined my career and I can continue to make films behind it, I will move on to something other than horror! In any case, this film will feel like France; I will never let go of this country; I intend to bring it with me…”
