ComingSoon is exclusively debuting the trailer for Jersey Bred, a new crime thriller starring The Sopranos’ Chris Tardio.
Jersey Bred is a new Goodfellas-inspired crime thriller directed by Greg Russo. Coming from Glass House Distribution and Entertainment Squad, the movie releases in select United States theaters this March.

What is Jersey Bred about?
“A Computer Savvy NJ Mob Prince, who’s been reorganizing organized crime, gets challenged for the top spot by his hot-tempered former childhood best friend,” the synopsis reads.
Written and directed by Russo, the movie stars Tardio, who played Sean Gismonte in The Sopranos. Tardio also starred in episodes of Daredevil, Younger, Ray Donovan, and Power Book IV: Force.
Gino Cafarelli, Ava Paloma, Jeremy Luke, Delilah Cotto, Lorenzo Antonucci, Enzo Amore, and Sonny Marinelli also star in the film. Russo and Daniel Ryniker serve as producers, while Antonucci is the executive producer.
“Being a fan of the mob genre, I felt it was time to show it from a different angle,” Russo said of Jersey Bred. “Something that takes place in the 21st century. That’s why I incorporated the online gambling and crypto space. Many films in this genre still live in the 20th century. I just think Jersey Bred is a fresh take on that world,”
Tom Malloy, the president of Glass House Distribution, added, “I found Jersey Bred to be a super realistic look at the ‘new mafia,’ one that was concerned more about future technology crimes, which I thought was unique in this space, and it makes it such a compelling movie.”
