The Batman, Birds of Prey, Aquaman, Wonder Woman, and many other DC films are headed to Tubi, where the streaming platform will offer up the movies for free.
According to a recent report by Variety, Fox’s streaming platform has come to a deal with Warner Bros. Discovery, allowing for several DC-related content to be watched. As of now, there are eight movies and television series available on the platform, including:
- Superman: The Movie (1978)
- Superman II (1980)
- Batman (1989)
- Batman Returns (1992)
- Batman Forever (1995)
- Batwoman
- Gotham
- Krypton
More DC movies and TV shows arriving in December and 2024
Beginning on December 31, Lois & Clark: The Adventures of Superman will also be available. Also planned to come in December are several DC animated films, including Batman: Death in the Family, DC Showcase: Superman/Shazam!: The Return of Black Adam, The Death of Superman, Justice League: Flashpoint Paradox, Son of Batman and Superman/Batman: Public Enemies.
The series’ Stargirl and Swamp Thing and the film live-action Constantine will also land on the platform in December.
In 2024, even more DC content will arrive in the form of some of DC Studios’ biggest blockbusters. Movies like The Batman, Suicide Squad, Black Adam, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Birds of Prey, Green Lantern, and Wonder Woman 1984 will all arrive at some point in 2024.
“The addition of recent blockbuster movies and fan-favorite series from the DC library is a monumental offering for Tubi viewers,” Adam Lewinson, Tubi’s chief content officer, said. “We’re so pleased to have such wonderful partners at Warner Bros. Discovery, who are expanding the reach of their superhero franchise films and series that are destined to draw new audiences and fandoms with Tubi’s highly engaged viewers.”
