One of the directors of Harold & Kumar Escape from Guantanamo Bay has briefly talked about if they’d make another movie in the beloved series of comedies.
Jon Hurwitz, who directed the second Harold & Kumar movie and wrote all three films alongside Hayden Schlossberg, confirmed the duo’s interest in making another film while promoting the Netflix series Obliterated. According to Hurwitz, both John Cho and Kal Penn are keen to return to the roles and have been coming up with an idea, but everything comes down to finding time for a sequel between everyone’s projects.
The films revolve around stoner buddy duo Harold and Kumar as they endure various misadventures. Neil Patrick Harris famously plays a fictionalized version of himself throughout all three installments
How many Harold & Kumar movies are there?
