The Griswolds have slightly changed their Vacation plans. Warner Bros. Pictures and New Line Cinema have moved the upcoming comedy reboot/sequel from November 13, 2015 to October 9, 2015.
Starring Ed Helms, Christina Applegate, Chris Hemsworth, Charlie Day, Skyler Gisondo, Steele Stebbins, Keegan-Michael Key, Regina Hall, Chevy Chase and Beverly D’Angelo, the Jonathan Goldstein and John Francis Daley film will offer a new version of the vacation adventures of the quirky dad and his family. The movie will follow an adult Rusty Griswold (Helms), who now has his own family misadventures on the road.
The new date has Vacation opening opposite Kidnap, the Luis Prieto thriller that stars Halle Berry, and Jon Favreau’s The Jungle Book.
