Little Caesars and Warner Bros. are teaming up to help promote the highly anticipated The Batman film, with the pizza company releasing a “Batman Calzony” as well as a contest for fans to enter with some major prizes.

The Batman and Little Caesars Crack the Riddle Challenge kicked off today, on January 24, 2022, and gives fans of The Batman the chance to head over to a special Little Caesars website and answer a weekly Batman riddle in order to receive one entry into a weekly drawing. Answering riddle’s correctly will also grant you 10 extra bonus entries into the drawings, which will have weekly prizes lasting for seven weeks.
Two winners of the contest will be chosen as Grand Prize winners and will receive a 4-day, 3-night trip for two to attend the red carpet premiere of The Batman in February. Four first prizes will also be given out and will include a hometown movie screening of The Batman for up to 50 people and $450.
Other prizes are also available, including a prop replica from The Batman, a signed poster of the film, and various promotional codes and Little Caesars merchandise. The pizza company is also partnering with Warner Bros. to produce a “Batman Calzony,” which is literally just a large calzone made in the shape of the iconic Batman logo. Those looking to order one of them can do so now.
The Batman is directed by Matt Reeves from a screenplay he co-wrote with Peter Craig. The superhero film will see Robert Pattinson taking on the mantle of the Dark Knight.
Joining Pattinson are Zoë Kravitz as Selina Kyle/Catwoman, Paul Dano as Riddler, Jeffrey Wright as GCPD’s James Gordon, John Turturro as Carmine Falcone, Peter Sarsgaard as Gotham D.A. Gil Colson, Andy Serkis as Alfred Pennyworth, and Colin Ferrell as Oswald Cobblepot/ Penguin. It will also feature Barry Keoghan, Jayme Lawson, Alex Ferns, and twins Max and Charlie Carver.

In addition to the upcoming film, Reeves is also currently developing two HBO Max series that will be set within the film’s universe. This includes a Gotham City Police project, and Penguin-centered series starring Colin Farrell.
