First announced last year, the DreamWorks comedy Las Madres has found its first headliner in Leslie Mann, Variety reports.
An original story by Lona Williams, Las Madres is being drafted by Pam Brady. The high-concept comedy revolves around a group of friends who decide to overcome their financial woes by tracking down a criminal with a big price on his head.
Mann is in theaters now, starring opposite Cameron Diaz and Kate Upton in 20th Century Fox’s The Other Woman. She also lent her voice to two recent animated project, Mr. Peabody & Sherman and Rio 2.
