Watched at Home: Top Streaming Films for the Week of April 17

Hey there, fellow couch potatoes! Wonder Woman was once again king on DEG’s Watched at Home Top 20 list, besting the likes of News of the World (again) and The Croods: A New Age. The former has been stuck at No. 2 for several weeks now, while DreamWorks’ animated hit saw itself outside of the top three for the first time in what feels like a year, thanks to — wait for it — Promising Young Woman!

The Oscar contender, starring Carey Mulligan, jumped from No. 5 to No. 3 over the last week as viewers no doubt prepare for the Academy Awards this Sunday. Though, curiously, no other Oscar-nominated films featured on this week’s list … maybe next week?

Otherwise, City of Lies made its debut at No. 7, while the TV series Queen of the South: S5 and the adult drama Monday enjoyed the No. 19 and No. 20 spots. Game of Thrones: S1-8 made a heroic return, landing at No. 18 while The Vault jumped five spots to take over the No. 14 position.
